During this phase, we’ll gather all the details necessary to understand your needs, and we'll offer guidance on materials, style, and functionality. 

We have found that the most successful projects utilize collaborative teams, which include the client, a specialty contractor like ourselves, and a designer, architect, and/or custom builder. Design professionals play a pivotal role in executing custom projects by transforming thoughts and ideas into actionable plans. If you have not yet enlisted the services of a design professional, we can either recommend a trusted industry partner or, if appropriate, provide design services directly.

Once we understand your vision, our design process begins. Our team will work closely with you to create custom designs that reflect your unique style and functional requirements.

Meticulous planning and careful consideration of existing conditions, project specifications, material performance and client needs are paramount. We’ll provide detailed shop drawings, 3D renderings and material samples for review and approval.

Once drawings and finishes have been fully approved, we move into the build phase. All of our work is custom built, hand fit and tested on our shop floor. Projects as large as an entire room will be constructed and then disassembled, finished in house, delivered, re-assembled and installed.
